        I was out on Sunday afternoon, 50% of my bill would have been £90 for 2 people

          Considering it covers cafes, pubs, etc then yes easily.
          Presumably it'd for eat-in only?

          Tiny local places could come to some arrangement where they double all their prices - so you the punter pay the same as normal but they get a big wodge of cash from the government
