It's about time we did stand up to China. I don't really want the Chinese culture or military to be dominant throughout the world. Say what you like about capitalism and USA it's brought many of us wealth and helped raise the living standards throughout the world.

I suppose, you can have varying degrees of government control and call it capitalism. I don’t think there is a country that implements pure capitalism.

However, i would argue that its still a communist country and most of its main businesses still have to consult with the communist party over decisions. And all the other controls that the government have over life and business in China.

It has led to the UK outsourcing its nuclear power plants to China, its manufacturing to China and its finance to China.

...so are you wanting the UK to continue following that path, or changing direction?

Great Britain won’t even do anything to Putin even tho Russia makes feck all stuff that is sold to Britain - basically money laundering is the only export, but China makes everything - they won’t even need ICBMs targeting UK - land based nuclear plants will do and Britain will pay for it, real genius - but what would you expect from 2000+ years old civilisation vs 5 years till next election MPs?
