Contractor/Ltd company director mortgage , what docs needed..?

My mortgage provider asked me to provide following docs to progress with mortgage. I am confused what docs they are after.

    1. Last 2 years’ finalised financial accounts - Is this accountant's Final accounts or CT600?
    2. 3 years Tax Calculations and corresponding tax year overviews and annual portfolio statements - Is this CT600 or SA100??
    3. Evidence that you are currently contributing into a pension - whats relevance of this..? what impact if don't have this one?

This is probably some crazy outside of the box thinking, but perhaps you could ask your mortgage provider.

It's a variation on the famous question - "Where do you see yourself in 20 years?" - mortgage provider wants to be sure you see yourself alive...

So your not using a standard contractor mortgage expert then?

They will string you along for a few weeks asking more pointless questions until they tell you they can’t help you

They are asking about pension to up sell you at a later date

On the off chance this is a genuine question I’ll answer as simply as possible......

.....ask the person with confusing questions what the confusing questions mean....

Use a specialist, "Freelancer Financials" sorted my last Mortgage and I heartily recommend them.

Failing that, continue being a clueless prick.
