    As long as it's still there when the world runs out of lithium (or it become too expensive or difficult to mine), it'll be worth extracting again (or when people find out how long the batteries last, and how much they cost to replace.)

      Maybe Musk is using SpaceX not only for the glory of space (i.e. Mars) but to chase down asteroids with high Lithium content. Would be more valuable than that gold space nugget 'gonna make us all billionaires ' reported recently.
      Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.

            IIRC most of the s s and s were very unimpressed that we can't even get a simple fusion reactor to function properly after 60 years of trying.
