            Yeah - cringed when I saw that - didn't even have the redeeming feature of being funny.

            Especially unfortunate in the light of this channel 4 initiative, where Countdown will be presented by black presenters

              The C4 thing reeks of virtue signalling / tokenism. The timing to coincide with the death of George Floyd makes it worse.

              What's wrong with simply making real changes that last rather than a single day?
