    • Incentivise older team members with coloured beads and pretty shells to reduce TCO by reducing fiduciary compensation.
    • These items have have perceived value among these human resources and can be collected on Margate beach by interns.

        I'd say more like:
        • Encourage early retirement in older members of staff and side line those that won't quit into supporting roles
        • Hire in young and inexperienced staff straight from university / WalkAbout bars - benefits are that they require lower salaries as they still live with their parents and it brings that 'startup' vibe to the company which will attract investors
