    Just read an article that Germany has the 4th highest amount of Michelin starred restaurants in the world which surprised me

    I've started making my own. But even so.

    It never ceases to amaze me that in a country when you can literally eat raw pork and onions on bread for breakfast or eat bacon fat spread on bread that you can't buy decent smoked back bacon.
