      I'm loving how it's described as an "IT glitch" ... no it's not, it's a human error. A human chose to use Excel. Very funny ... well, it would be if it didn't put lives at risk

        Don’t be surprised that Track and Trace is an Excel spreadsheet: The modelling that this whole fiasco was based on was programmed by Neil Ferguson on a ZX80.

            It was the ZX Spectrum.
