    please help shape a product

So following on from my last post in this thread where I said this” The number of contractors wanting a natter is rising and I might, big might consider developing a little product for this. I don't have anything yet but I will put the thinking cap on and might test run it here if I come up with something good.”

So I had a think yesterday evening and the news is that I am going to look at doing a product set or product/service combo for contractors who want to get out and do something else.
Where I am at this stage is looking to put a product set together with a price range from around £50-£200 and cram it full of value.

I have a working title of “Packing In Contracting – The Pack”

So the question is what would make this work?

I can do brochure style advice guides. I would probably do a pack of these.
I can do checklist type worksheets to go through for buying a business for example. Again I can produce a pack of these.
I can do FAQ style booklets. Again a pack
    I can do podcasts/video podcasts.
I can do email deal updates from the system here, deals based on your individual criteria direct to your inbox say on a Friday for say a year for example.
I could do a certain number of Zoom calls. I could do small group workshops via zoom. There is only me and there are only a certain number of hours in a week! Thinking about it while proofreading this post I think a number of zoom workshops with no more than 15 participants is going to work best.
I can setup a forum easily enough.
I can possibly arrange affinity deals with commercial finance brokers, specialist accountants for due diligence, solicitors, insurance brokers, fleet and plenty of others.
I can and will listen to other suggestions from all of you and take it on board.
The other questions are: What subjects do you want all this to cover? And how much would you be prepared to pay? What are your preferred formats. Podcasts, a website, PDF’s, workshops 1-2-1 sessions?

Is one email a week with deals you may like enough or too much? My database currently has 75 business sectors. Location wise we can query All UK and Irish counties and cities. All European countries and their major cities and provinces, US states and major districts/provinces in other countries. It would be pointless to search off postcode in the UK as some weeks you will get absolutely nothing, get a few things for a few weeks and then nothing for a while. By county gives you lots of options and new stuff regularly. Of course price can be searched on. There is the option to have an email every time a new match for individual criteria is added. I don’t mind setting this up.

To be clear. I am not deliver something half arsed on this and want to cram the “box” full of value.
This is at the drawing board stage and will only leave it if something top notch can be delivered without too much aggravation. I will keep you updated.

It would be great to hear your thoughts.

Trust me there is no way this chap is on 2k/day unless he is running coke/prossies/bank robbery or money washing on the side! To be honest I doubt he has ever seen a rate north of 200/day!
