Sounded good on paper but I've heard bad things about previous schemes... anyone bothered to see?

I am musing utilizing it to replace some single glazed sash windows.

I am musing utilizing it to replace some single glazed sash windows.

I'd heard things like: no registered suppliers in certain areas, suppliers simply upping their prices, etc. I've never used anything like this but apparently prior schemes have been somewhat hit & miss in actually getting things done (who'd have thought).
