yes furlough yourself as director of company - This works if you are on the HMRC rti from 30 Oct.

checked with accountant as well and he gives it thumbs up - free money for all

Any help for newly self-employed with no accounts filed prior to March? Universal credit barely pays for a cardboard box.

I suppose they expect us that 'fell through the cracks' to live off savings, which may as well do seeing as they don't intend making it prudent to be a saver and negative savings rates are a reality in terms of inflation.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.

Half the country has been sitting at home swigging beer and watching Netflix since March and getting paid to do it. God knows how they plan to wean these people off furlough and do some work.
Vote Corbyn ! Save this country !

                    thanks Rishi for the cash.

Mrs V has been taking your share, its so poorly designed you just have to show you were negatively affected and you get the full grant if you are a sole trader. No ensuring total earnings + grant are less than the average of last year. Sensible people would have made it a loan until your tax return and paid up to the normal turnover.

80% of average earnings for nothing on top of your current earnings. You just need to show you lost a client, earnt less than you would or spent more on PPE. the whole grant comes regardless of the size of your loss.

Candy & Baby comes to mind.

Not been furloughed though that seems like money for old rope if you keep your job afterwards.
Always forgive your enemies; nothing annoys them so much.
