        My limited research backs this up. Beyond burgers are really good, but slightly too expensive for a family of 4. They cook like meat and taste like meat and even get the little crispy grilled bits on the ends.

        The Ultimate M... F... Burger! - Meatless Farm and they are cheaper.

                  well swap out some not all.

                  I do swap 1-2 meals a day to vegetarian. Its not as good as going totally vegan but hey if we can all do it we halve meat demand.

                  Breakfast eggs on cheese on toast. Lunch a nice vegetarian curry, there is a culture that does vegetarian in a big way. Finish off with a dead cow in a pan, sorry I love it..
