    If everybody thought they were managers, who would do the work?

    Are you in a permie role? Usually you start t analyst level, then as you gain experience and start leading teams, you get promoted to ‘manager’. If you ask me, you have a long way to go pal.

                  Just read your original thread .... you're not ready.

                  Stay as a permie and work your way up the greasy pole, or contract at your current level. No one is going to take on someone with zero management experience into a manager role.
