    you are joking aren't you?

We could have had an EFTA deal 2 years ago.
We had a deal that May's government had negotiated which is slightly better than the one we have. And that was David Davis who'd pay full price for a DFS sofa.

The deranged ones are the ones who believed the lies in 2016.

We are in this tulip because it's legal to use lies in politics for personal gain whereas the same behavior in any other activity would be punished by the Fraud Act.

I think you mean an UK government but you can't actually say that as you will never know. Maybe a Corbyn led government might have acted like an Arden government and things might be like New Zealand now. If you look at the countries that have the highest rates of Covid infections and deaths, they tend to be right wing leaning populist governments. The above OP statement cannot be be verified
Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

And instead the UK has a deal that broadly works for goods and not for services. Guess which party (UK or EU) benefits more from that as an exporter to the other party?

But the cretins will still be at the stage of pretending the deal is great. Next stage will be to recognise its tulipe and blame it on the EUSSR and saboteurs. What they will be psychologically unable to accept is that it is their fault for being duped by the Britannia Unchained ideologists.

          This is the fun bit.

In terms of Covid, it took a special sort of idiot PM to keep Cheltenham open, and then to go around a hospital shaking hams with Covid patients and boasting about it, in contravention to UK public health advice. But again, the cretins cannot psychologically accept that, because then they have to accept their part of the blame.

Maybe her deal was ok but it was voted down, not just by Brexiteers, but by the opposition parties and remainers who wanted a better deal, so she wasn't able to handle the issues any better in the end was she?

It's all very easy for opposition parties and those sitting in front of their computers to imagine they could do things better but governments have to deal with the real complexities. Political opposition in a democracy is just one factor. There is no magic money tree, they have to work with the resources available. Issues are complex, a policy with positive results in some ways can have downsides - like lockdowns reducing coronavirus infections but increasing job losses and mental health problems. Making a judgement is harder when even the "experts" are saying different things - look at the opinions on closing schools. Things also keep changing all the time in ways governments can't control, like this new virus strain, and yet they always get criticised for making "U turns".

Shaking hands with Covid patients wasn’t just a bad idea with the benefit of hindsight.

EFTA stated that they don't want the UK. I wonder why?

The UK has had the biggest recession of all the major economies.

UK crashes into deepest recession of any major economy

and his big success is that he's just narrowly avoided mass shutdown of the UK manufacturing industry with a sh*te deal with the EU.
