I'm doing my bit by not stepping out of the house and not having anyone visit me.
I'm not clapping with all the hypocrites in the street."I can put any old tat in my sig, put quotes around it and attribute to someone of whom I've heard, to make it sound true."

I will clap when BJ announces a 50% bonus to all the nurses and doctors who worked through the pandemic. But he wont and he will award performance bonuses to the useless managers who are WFH and generate spread sheets day in and day out.Vote Corbyn ! Save this country !Comment

Having said that, nhs workers have all been in full employment, so they had their salaries come in every end of the month. If the government is distributing money, maybe they should prioritise giving it to all those people who have been out of a job instead and got financially hit by the pandemic more heavily than nhs workers. Like...retail/hospitality they need financial support as well and more than the nhs workers.
Come on, a bit of socialism here?Comment
