1325 deaths, an all-time record for the UK. And given deaths lag cases by 2-3 weeks that is looking very grim indeed considering the very fast growth in the last 2 weeks.

I saw the US has broken the 4k daily deaths figure for the first time too, and they are only just starting to see the UK variant, with little interest in further lockdown restrictions.

Anyone want, or dare, to predict how bad this gets? 7-day rolling not individual day.
