and don't try saying you are going for a Macdonald's breakfast to try to get out of it as they are only doing delivery.

Police to fine Covid lockdown flouters after ‘one warning’ as Priti Patel hails ‘strong’ enforcement | Evening Standard

Police are to fine people in England £200 for lockdown breaches, even if it is their first warning, according to new guidance seen by the Sunday Telegraph.

The documents reportedly instruct all officers to issue penalties to anyone who is in breach of the coronavirus rules and refusing to return home once asked to do so.

The guidance from the National Police Chiefs' Council, titled "Tier 4 National Lockdown", has been issued to all chief constables, according to the paper.

A Home Office insider told the Telegraph that officers would be quicker to fine people, warning: "We are going to see more rapid movement to enforcement.

"Over 1,000 people died yesterday. It is important that everyone sticks to the rules. The rules have been around for long enough.”

Nope, drive-thus are still open just no inside restaurant access even for takeaway.
Maybe tomorrow, I'll want to settle down. Until tomorrow, I'll just keep moving on.

I think plod has gone soft.
40 years ago refusing to do what the police told you, resulted in a sharp crack on the top of the head with a truncheon, and a night in the cells.

Matt Hancock warns every 'flex' of restrictions 'can be fatal'.

            Eating can be fatal.

The government is lucky most people are stupid and complient.

              He's full of tulip.

Luckily there are more incompetent ministers than him.

Thinking of past ministers who is more deadly Grayling or Williamson?

                    Accepting advice from Tory Blair.

Next they'll be accepting advice from Trump.
