    Worn garments

Online clothes sellers targeted by '''creepy''' messages - BBC News

I used to wonder why some "men" (boys at best?) think that behaviour is acceptable. A few years ago there was a Guardian article. It seems that for every 100 requests a boy makes, roughly 98 are ignored. 1 angry response. 1 good response. So the boys are playing the odds.

Those caught do need to be chemically castrated for a few years.

Because they have never been publicly called out on it, or arrested and charged for doing it.

Huh? I don't get this. Are you saying 98% of boys should be castrated?!

I guess it would reduce the population a bit in the long run, so it's not all bad, but all the same it seems a bit harsh.

I am suggestion that those boys who make such requests should be castrated.

Mind you that could be 98% of boys.....

I though this was about the infamous Japanese vending machines:

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

I suspect that would be a very 'specialist' market.
