Ham and mustard? Bacon is a form of ham you know. But for bacon it should be a 50/50 red sauce and well 'ard mustard. Try it - taste sensation!

Tonight is corned beef hash and Yorkshire puddings (cos only Yorkshire people can make them 'proper'). Condiments of choice are brown sauce and horse radish. For a cheese omelette its tabasco and Worcestershire sauce!

Have to say, I do like sweet chilli sauce with bacon. Goes especially well if it's in a toasty with brie

I did this on Sunday, but as I'm a beginner with yorkshires I grilled the sausages separately and added mashed potatoes after pulling out two respectable puddings from the oven.

            Still had onion gravy though.

Nice one! But aren't you nearly a Yorkie? Anyway scaly brats are more than welcome!

Top tip :- blind bake the sausages so they don't colour, then add them to the yorkie mix. They will rise to the top and colour but not dry out.

Use this as a ratio with two teaspoons of well 'ard mustard.
              200g /8oz flour
              8 eggs
              1 pint milk

Both delicious - you rarely see CBH these days - but I wouldn't have put them together. I fry my CBH and serve with piccalilli; it's a meal I only have when the wife is away as she hates it so have not had it for quite some time!

Oh you do in my house, at least once a month and always make enough for leftovers (tonight). Feck ready meals make your own by doubling up, we add baked beans to it. My granddaughter loves it especially with broccoli.

Piccalilli is a good shout! I add tabasco to mine.

I only recently learned that some people don't put baked beans in!

So do you have gravy for the puds?
