I am sure many of those who are down here will happily acknowledge they would prefer to be in Scotland if there were any jobs.
Scotland'''s unemployment rate highest in UK - BBC News
Scotland's unemployment rate is now the highest among all the UK nations, according to official figures. The Office for National Statistics (ONS) said unemployment in Scotland for people over 16 was 4.6%, compared with a UK rate of 3.9%.

Unemployment rose by rose by 30,000 to 127,000 between February and April as lockdown hit the labour market.

Ministers said the figures were a clear indication of the challenge facing Scotland as a result of the pandemic.

Scotland's unemployment rate has gone up from 3.5% in the previous quarter.

No one. The UK public did vote to leave the EU which stopped free movement. As 4 million had moved to the UK mainly for low paid work and about a million had moved to the EU for mainly high paid work and to retire.

As many of my current & previous colleagues have worked and studied across the world without freedom of movement maybe they didn't need it?

Leaving EU was not equivalent as leaving free movement or single market

Tell me, what exactly is it that England fears about being independent ??
              1/ Cheerio

2/ Didn't see it, customs checks aren't exactly the same scale as independence though! That's like comparing a divorce to the missus not checking the postbox.

3/ No fears at all. Apart from third world immigrants and refugees coming down from the northern border

Totally agree we regained our sovereignty, discovered our fish stocks are near extinction thanks to overfishing, how the EU behaves when you dare to disobey and we pissed off a load of remainers.

                Seeing it as a result.

Today I've received confirmation of successful registration with Ireland's tax office, something that was not needed before, so much for regained sovereignty.

You exporting to Ireland or moving your enterprise to there to avoid tax like so many large American countries?

Do you need to register to export to the US, China or India? Of course you do.

                      Exporting to EU.

Ireland is English speaking and close by just in case it needs to be visited in person.

US has not got VAT that needs to be collected and split among States, but EU does.
