Had a great letter from this bank today.
"We notifiec you in November 2006 of our intention to reduce the overdraft fee from £30 to £25 on 01 April 2007.
Unfortunatley due to technical problems we will not be able to do this until November 2007"
Does ot really take 12 months to change a parameter ??
Or have they worked out they need more cash....
