Anyone have experience of Nine Direct?

Anyone had any dealings with Nine Direct in Bristol? I did some work through them and finished up almost 3 months ago, and they still haven't paid my umbrella company. Speaking to the client, they paid (and the funds cleared) over a month ago. They've fobbed me off with one excuse after another, and now they seem to be ignoring me...

I'm suppose to be starting a new gig through them next week. Just bought a company report on them and it doesn't look good.

Think very carefully before you accept, then...

(You did the right thing about buying a company report, did you consider what to do if the news wasn't good?)

I don't know what I can do other than decline the work. I was considering talking directly to the client and asking if they would use me through a different agency. I have done this in the past and the client has agreed to it.

Make sure you have PCG cover for bust agencies then.
