      Read it a little closer. It plainly states on there somewhere, Parks are open March - November. It also states that you cannot use them as perm residence.

      Some sites shut for 11weeks of the year, this is to get round the council tax (i.e. you dont pay it!). I know people that live on sites, pay £1400pa site fees and get pool, spa etc. For 11 weeks of the year, they then disappear to Malta or Turkey.
