    Bastard short sellers - oh, hang on we shot them last week. We are going to find someone else to blame.
    How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

                  It's pretty short: in ~1 year there will be 8 times less of it, in ~2 years there will be 64 times less of it. So storage is highly impractical - it needs to be made to order, something that is done in a very few places - primarily in Russia.
