        Preferably something with a roof, kitchen, bathroom, electrical points and some space to put stuff in etc..that doesn't belong to someone else.

        And not a car, or a caravan, or a hotel room.

          2010/2011 will be the bottom of the crash, in my opinion.

          £25K won't buy you a cow shed at the moment.
