        There are non-microwave recipes on that site, but they seem to require boiling the consensed milk for 5 hours, and I can't wait that long. The microwave recipe can be done in under 30 mins with practice.
        Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

            I do a very hot Thai shellfish soup that doubles as a main course.

            Also I do a mean grown up Tiramisu that is full of alcohol and doesn't use anything remotely resembling a sponge finger.

                I found this recipe for Sea Bass on the net recently and made it at home;

                http://www.telegraph.co.uk/wine/main...3/edrrec13.xml

                I wouldn't otherwise read the Telegraph, and too often recipes from newspapers and even cook books just seem to miss something, but this recipe really works well and it's a delicious and quite easy way to make Sea Bass. Personally I like to add a little sweet pepper in with the tomatoes.

                    I do a mean chilli. And jambalaya.

                    That said, I did have to refer to my Nintendo DS for some recipe guidance the other day, because I didn't agree with Delia.
