What is the form for a non microwave version?

There are non-microwave recipes on that site, but they seem to require boiling the consensed milk for 5 hours, and I can't wait that long. The microwave recipe can be done in under 30 mins with practice.

I found this recipe for Sea Bass on the net recently and made it at home;

I wouldn't otherwise read the Telegraph, and too often recipes from newspapers and even cook books just seem to miss something, but this recipe really works well and it's a delicious and quite easy way to make Sea Bass. Personally I like to add a little sweet pepper in with the tomatoes.
