Apart from Sport, what you do watch on Sky?

I'm thinking of cancelling my Sky subscription, because I don't watch sport, plus I've seen every episode of Star Trek, Stargate, Simpsons, Futurama and Malcolm. As for movies, I have hundreds of DVDs and have rarely seen a movie on Sky that I haven't seen already.

So what gems will I be missing if I cancel and go to FreeSat / FreeView ?

Not a lot other than those you've mentioned. Don't you watch any films? If you're lucky and live in the right area you might get Film4 which is a superb channel but that's about all.
    It's Deja-vu all over again!

I watch many films, but usually on DVD or downloaded.

Agree about Film4, and it's available on Freeview and FreeSat

We've only just got Film4 because we've got a new TV with integrated freeview but the reception is so broken it's unwatchable so it does depend on where you are. Freesat can be good but you still need a satellite dish (and we can't have one because our block of flats has banned them for some reason).

WHS. And the lingerie special on Fashion TV.

Aside from that, the new seasons of Lost, Prison Break, 24, Stargate Atlantis, Ice Road Truckers, etc.
Where are we going? And what’s with this hand basket?

All good reasons to ditch sky completely.
