    http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/ukne...-the-buck.html

Haringey council had a social worker who warned of a repeat of the Victoria Climbie case, and condemned them for leaving children in the care of their abusers.

    So the council sacked her.

Then she wrote to four government ministers voicing her concerns.

So the council got an injunction banning her from speaking about child care in Haringey.

    Sorted!

    Hard to credit.

as a hand-wringing liberal i'm anti death penalty, but i hope the cnuts who got sent down for this meet an untimely, bloody and brutal death at the hands of 10 or so of their fellow inmates A.S.A.P.

This has caused ALOT of anguish in our house - we have a 13 month old. My gf is incredibly upset about the whole case. As I think everyone will be.

      2 observations
      1. alot of Social Service failures occur in Haringay and Hampshire - this needs looking at.
      2. the woman involved went to public school - I think this played a part in her hoodwinking the SS.

      I therefore think :-
      1. Dont let children live anywhere beginning with H
      2. Dont let public school types breed.

Those responsible in the council and also 4 ministers should be sacked - specific warnings like this can't be ignored and should always be followed through.

I think there might be a good criminal case here, but resignations is the very least if 4 (!) ministers were told about this specific case and they could have done something about it. If they did nothing they should be out of job like yesterday, and jail would really set a nice precedent.

How about the doctor for missing the injuries and just describing the little boy as ' a little cranky'.
