    I put on 4lbs from xmas eve to weighing myself this morning.

    I'm scared to look.

    Going back on the Slimfast on the 5th Jan, so it's all good times until then.

    Want to use Slimfast to get me back on track for a month, then start the exercise and sensible eating again. Already got my spa day booked for the end of Jan, and I'm thinking of a nice 5 day spa retreat for sometime in April, just on my own.
