But worse of all - their food always seems to stink out the entire floor when they use the microwave.[/QUOTE]

"Racism, by its simplest definition is the belief that race is the primary determinant of human traits and capacities and that racial differences produce an inherent superiority of a particular race.[1] People with racist beliefs exhibit stereotype-based prejudices towards individuals and groups of people according to their race. In the case of institutional racism, certain racial groups may be denied rights or benefits, or get preferential treatment. Racial discrimination typically points out taxonomic differences between different groups of people, even though anybody can be racialised, independently of their somatic differences. According to the United Nations conventions, there is no distinction between the term racial discrimination and ethnic discrimination."

I wondered how long it would take for some coward to play the race card.

One of the roles I have to do is to fingerprint all the bespoke sw installed on the servers using a tool called enterprise discovery. There are only a few people in the UK who have done this (as most simply use the updates from HP). The guy who was brought in to show us the ropes is charged out at £1200 per day by HP. An agent was tasked with finding people to do this for the Indian company and was given a budget of £170 per day. I was asked to show an Indian guy how to do it. It took 20 mins - he didn't ask one question. So unless he is very clever....

Thought about not posting but then I realsied that its better if people see what a hypocrite you are.

Suityou01, you make a poll about "Is XXX a troll?" and then you troll yourself.
Perhaps you should make up your mind about who you are.

Your post would have been worth the time to read had you the intellect to make an actual point rather than an irrelevant cut and paste.

This is not trolling. This is happening to a good friend of mine. He is going to have his work stream cut because of this. Others too.

Who in their right mind would ever admit to being racist? Therefore the question is flawed as there can only ever be one acceptable answer.

This thread had the potential to skate perilously close to racism, and I truly hope is doesn't. The pertinent issue here is cheap labour being brought in from overseas starving skilled labour over here from work.

                  Is this something you condone?

Someone somewhere has to pick up the tab. While clientco saves a few bob, the taxpayer has to shell out more in JSA and benefits for the people forced out of work.

The post wasn't for your benefit - it was for everyone else to see how easy it is to be considered a racist.
