Stocks ISA

Is it worth investing in Stocks ISA(with medium term gains in mind) this year.

Although, market trends suggest some improvements in last month but in long term it looks quite bearish.

Any thoughts ?

I've been putting some into a tracker ISA with the intention of leaving it there for a long time.

However, don't necessary do what I do because the last time I put some spare cash into stocks it was at the height of the dot com boom.
