If you've just dodged death in quite a spectacular way, I reckon you'd be very superstitious and be "looking" for death. You'd be on edge, and it'd probably be more likely that you'd be in an accident. Do yous not think?
AP's example is very wierd though - the odds of that are quite extrodinary!!
So that guy was on edge for a year which made him die in a freakishly similar accident. The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.
But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”Comment

Make a plan, so if you're able you can get out. If you're not able, accept your mortality..."See, you think I give a tulip. Wrong. In fact, while you talk, I'm thinking; How can I give less of a tulip? That's why I look interested."Comment

Looks like the NWO/Bilderburgers/Common Purpose finaly got her.How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.
