    BBC: Coffee 'may reverse Alzheimer's'

I get through a pot a day, but I still have times when I forget what the frak I'm doing.
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

It follows that tea is also good then because it also contains caffeine albeit at a reduced level. Tea also contains flavonoids which are a great protector allegedly against heart disease. Personally I do not drink coffee because it gives me palpitations and puts me on edge.
