This is the only info I have......

It was stripped (not sure on colour) , about the length of a thumb, it gripped, conflicting stories whether it was a sting or a bite. Friends thumb is very swollen and has gone to a&e

Bedroom door is shut and wifey is terrified

Any ideas what it could be....... ?

need to know if it really did strip the skin or it peirced it.

It can be anyting from a rat, wasp, bee, snake, teradactyl,cockroach

still can't decided whether it was a animal or insect.....

wife now tells me she thought she heard a wimpering sound in the bedroom earlier today !

What country do you live in? Are you sure it was his thumb that was swollen?

ahh we are getting somewhere.................

possibly large bumble bee or hornet she thinks now.........

do these things all die after stinging ?
