I reckon the government should have a taxation take of 21 units per week. At the moment the b@stards are soaking me for 80 tax units a week so I think its only fair that I ignore THEIR advice and have ten pints a night.

In which case 21 units is about right for how much it would take for you to get decently pissed.

The 'war office' has clearly misunderstood the government advice. 5 portions of crisps, chips, pork scratchings, salted nuts and dry roasted nuts plus 21 units of alcohol per day.
