                Suspect that the weeping piece will give up in a wee while and clot.

                If it's not clotted in a couple of days time, nip up to the local A&E or NHS Walk-In centre.

                    Yeah, let the taxpayer fork out to fix the self-inflicted injury.

                    I believe the NHS should not treat tattoos or piercings; it should be paid for privately by the perpetrator's indemnity insurance.
