Plan B ideas that’ll get you into trouble.

A friend of mine has just come up with a revenge idea that I’ve had to talk him out of. He wanted to create a fake escort agency web site and advertise the object of his anger on it telephone, email etc. It’s a very easy way to get you banged up as far as I could see.

    Or is it?

Is there a way that one could create a site somewhere in the world where you can’t be prosecuted and provide a service where you can put up fake things like that?
How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

Alternatively why not just setup a premium rate phone line and spam all agencies with the number on fake CVs?

I hope he would get banged up if he did it. Keep trying to talk him out of actually doing this, it's best left in fantasy land.

It's probably harassment as covered by the 1997 Act.

              rent-a-b@[email protected]

A website where you can place orders for some really nasty evil git to visit your boss/ex/neighbour/etc and hurl insults at him/her. Alternative offers; send a fake Jehovah's witness to their door early on a sunday morning, send a very determined double glazing salesman etc

20 quid a go, pay by credit card or paypal.

Don't think would get him banged up (unless one of the parties live in certain US states) but could get him sued and target would be justified in taking everything he owns down to his last penny.

And yes there are sites out there that already provide these types of scummy "vengeance services" (though not that particular flavour because people would know everyone posted on them was fake)

Just tell him to learn whatever lessons the broken relationship has to teach him and move on, plenty of fish in the sea
