Default Where would you settle ?

If you had £250K in your account for a decent 3-bed, no ties (family, school, etc.) and the majority of your clients based in London (30%), The North + Scotland (50%) and Western Europe (20%).

e.g. Milton Keynes - Pros: M1 for The North and London, fast train to London (40 min), Luton for cheap flights to Europe (40 min), wide choice of properties for the budget; Cons: It's Milton Keynes.

A descent 3 bed? Is that one that's always down the hill?

How did this happen? Who's to blame? Well certainly there are those more responsible than others, and they will be held accountable, but again truth be told, if you're looking for the guilty, you need only look into a mirror.

    Nope.

No airport nearby, so that's Europe out.

    WHS.

And why settle when you're clearly not settled.

    Travel, rent, enjoy different places.
