What happens when the remote batteries run out?
Behold the warranty -- the bold print giveth and the fine print taketh away.

It's early days, there's bound to be a few "accidents"

I think he has a bit more than that to worry about....

The father-of-two is resigned to having the muscles in his bionic bottom replaced every five years.

I noticed that too Hopefully not too much muscle needs to be used.

For something like this it must be better to use muscle from his knee than his elbow.

Yeah,...there may be a few times when he answers the wrong 'phone'!!

“It’s like a chubby little mobile phone,” he said. “You switch it on and off, just like switching on the TV."

Yeah, there aren't many unused muscles going (though you'd think one could lose a bit from the more massive groups, if as clearly there isn't, a choice). With a bit of luck we will be able to grow entire muscle groups one day, but that would still leave the problem of which nerves to control them, to do away with the electronics.
