              Can't see an invasion myself. Not enough manpower across NATO nations (or, at least the usual NATO nations who provide boots on the ground).

              Now, pinpoint strikes would probably be on the cards...

                  The problem is that the country is split almost down the middle between the intellectuals/middle class opposed to the poor/peasants who are supporters of Amadinajad. Amadinajad leads a humble life and drives his old rusty car and would not accept a new car. Amadinajad was bribing the poor with free potatoes during the last election. Interference from outside the country actually hinders progress because it is used for an excuse to clamp down on opposition. The problem is not directly with Amadinajad but with the clerics who have the power over him. There is in fact three forms of government running the country at the same time.
