    IT Contractors - Most wanted

    by the government

    http://management.silicon.com/career...9155677,00.htm

One in four IT contractors in the UK is employed by the government, making it the biggest user of freelance IT consultants in the country. But the public sector could soon find itself in a bidding war with the banks for the most talented contractors.

The government has more than doubled its share of usage of freelance IT consultants over the last two years, according to research from contractor services company Giant Group.

I'd like to thank all the IR35 payers for making it all possible (ie. giving the New Lie enough money to employ tax dodging IT contractors).

There is obviously a 'Skill Shortage', and therefore we must allow Indonesia to join the EU as soon as possible.

Surely India, with it's large english speaking population should be in Europe. Feck if them dirty Turks can get in, why not let the whole world join?

Apparently in several towns 1 in 5 of all working people are working for the gov or council etc. etc.
Insanity: repeating the same actions, but expecting different results.
