Worked at both. One company had no ladies of note and the rumour was they wouldn't employ anyone too young or attractive just to avoid all the office politics but then worked at a office management company where no one was over 35 and fit as butchers dogs. Always wondered if this was just a case of bad luck or there are companies that have discreet selection processes that avoid/employ people who are too/not attractive.
