                  Stress is a total bugger, It has been a tulip year for it: BGG MS relapse, BSc finals, moving house, job uncertainty, mum diagnosed with cancer: we buried her on Monday & i get to be executor, so yes i have headaches, dermatitis & nausea.

                  The best outlet i have found is your social network: you learn who your friends are if you can call them because you can't sleep @ 3am
