Breaking news - England wins right to host World Cup!
Much as I love the WC, I'm not sure I particularly want them held here. In fact, I'd like to see them held in Russia - at least then you'd be sure the hooligans would be sorted out by the local police. Spain/Portugal would be good too, as you'd be able to travel around on the new high speed rail network (ok, not in Portugal, but still be good to drink Port at the local bar).

Even with home advantage in 66, England still needed a good batch of world-class players to win it. I'm not sure any of the current England team would make it into the Brazil or Spain sides. Perhaps 2 would be on the subs bench.
Anyway France are my tip for 2018.
