F1 is my weekend plan, with lots of coffee! They do re-show it but it's not quite the same and in a way I like getting up specially.

• Qualifying: starts 6am Saturday; BBC coverage 5.00-7.30
• Race: starts 7am Sunday; BBC coverage 6.00-9.30

F1 is also in HD this year

One advantage of being an hour ahead is that this is within normal operating parameters, although of course it will be in German.
