Having only recently started watching Fringe (another J.J Abrams show), I'm now about mid way through season 2, I think he took some of the initial ideas behind Lost and made Fringe. There are certain aspects in Fringe that could easily have explained Lost, and probably in a more satisfying way than it turned out. There are a lot of filler episodes in Fringe though, where they do an X-Files type strange story of the week that doesn't progress the main storyline at all.

Other shows I'm into at the moment:

Homeland (watching it at UK pace) - Claire Danes is brilliant, though most of the cast are top notch. The show's more about characters than events so good actors are essential.

Game of Thrones - just started on season 2. Had a few problems getting uncorrupted downloads (looks like some sources are being tampered with), but where there's a will there's a way.

Once Upon A Time looks interesting. Will give it a go soon.

Feist - 1234. One camera, one take, no editing. Superb. How they did it
Feist - I Feel It All
Feist - The Bad In Each Other (Later With Jools Holland)

I know this is about TV programs but I caught the film "Super" on Sky this week. Thought it was exceptionally good.

Watched the end of season True Blood. Nicely set up for the next season in the Autumn.

Yep, blitzing this at the mo, enjoying it a lot.

Still live in the states, so got 3 more to go.

Just finished Justified Season 3, that was a great series too.

only one more season of Fringe to go and it'll be a shorter 13 episode season

Good recommendation - I've downloaded some but not had time to view even one episode yet.
