Penny Dreadful looks intriguing, but I'm a bit dubious about "historical fantasy" stuff.

Ditto for Game of Thrones, although I might be tempted to start watching it sometime if my supply of so far unwatched DVDs gets dangerously low!

Breaking Bad, Dead Like Me, The Killing (US), Between, Lost Girl, Orphan Black.

And still got House of Cards, Pretty Little Liars, Orange is the New Black, LillieHammer, and some others I haven't started yet.

      Bloody Netflix.

Socialism is inseparably interwoven with totalitarianism and the abject worship of the state.

No Socialist Government conducting the entire life and industry of the country could afford to allow free, sharp, or violently-worded expressions of public discontent.

Watching it backwards now (from last to first season).
With 500 odd channels on Sky it annoys me that Married with Children isn't on at least somewhere every day.

Try the US version of The Inbetweeners. It's sooooo fooking awful it's actually good.

My better half asked me to series link 'Homes Under The Hammer' cos she watched one and started thinking 'BTL'.

I think there's 250 or so episodes now unwatched in the planner......

I recently got The Wire remastered in HD - it was originally filmed in widescreen, as they knew that was going to be an option in the future, though carefully framed so it could be broadcast in 4:3 at the time. It's excellent
