          41 must either be a typo or a wind-up
The court heard Darren Upton had written a letter to Judge Sally Cahill QC saying he wasn’t “a typical inmate of prison”.

But the judge said: “That simply demonstrates your arrogance continues. You are typical. Inmates of prison are people who are dishonest. You are a thoroughly dishonestly man motivated by your own selfish greed.”

At the BMI I'm not sure he's still alive.

Horizon tonight, BBC2 "The Truth About Fat". They manage to string this programme out to an hour somehow.

Meanwhile, meet the woman who is trying to reach 110 stone. No idea how she got so fat, it must be something unexplainable by science, definitely not because of all that food she stuffs into her mouth 24/7.

You are doing well! Are you following a particular diet or exercise pattern?

Yep, I'm doing the lighter life VLCD. A mate of mine did it a year ago and the trick is learning how to keep the weight off... he's stayed within 3lbs of his target weight so it's possible with a bit of self control...
