Default Life on the bench in my jogging bottoms

Shifted hang over with a fry up.
Got on my bike and road along the new cycle path past Harpenden and out to Southdown.
Discovered a babbling river and weir I knew nothing about and watched the fish swimming in the river in the glorious sunshine.
Got home and did a barbecue for the wife and kids.
Went cycling again this evening with a friend I am supporting to cycle and get fit - a simple 5 miler bless but tops up the overall miles.

This enforced bench time / recovery time is shaping up.
Knock first as I might be balancing my chakras.

You are benched? How did I miss that train wreck
“Live a good life. If there are gods and they are just, then they will not care how devout you have been, but will welcome you based on the virtues you have lived by. If there are gods, but unjust, then you should not want to worship them. If there are no gods, then you will be gone, but will have lived a noble life that will live on in the memories of your loved ones.”

I ignore most of your bedwetting threads

Didn't he mention something about going to hospital last week after a meeting or some such gubbins???

I do remember a thread where he said the doctors has diagnosed him with severe nocturnal eunerisis light weightedness, whatever that is.

I cycled to work(off road) as I have done everyday this week. Pottered around the office for a bit before deciding that the awful trapped wind I had was too much to bear and needed a safe location to expel it, so cycled back parping. Even the local cattle looked disgusted. Then worked in my office until 3pm before playing with the kids in the garden and now about to head out for beers for the evening where I will head back tonight at midnight and cycle back from the train station.

Is that alright for you Mr Heavyweight?

Is that alright for you Mr Heavyweight?
Perfect. I thought you were benched too? Or did they find some budget for your scabby little project.
