        Did they resolve this ?

a path round the whole of Wales is under threat after a group of gipsies and travellers complained it would overlook their homes – and therefore invade their privacy.

The 80-strong group, living on 21 pitches, are threatening to derail the plans which would link a half-mile stretch of walkway around their camp site to the massive coastal path.
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

Just bung them a few quid to use up some spare tarmac they'll have left over from a job to make a nice path and stick a skip either end of the path and require all walkers to drop a bit of scrap metal in as they pass. Problem sorted.

The problem is that 1. they don't want people knowing what they are up to, and 2. they burn the insulation off copper wire for scrap on the bank where the path is.
